We run our spare-parts supply on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis: the destination country's customs procedures, import duties and final door-to-door delivery are all undertaken by us. You pay a single approved amount; the invoice is issued only after our local representative confirms the shipment item by item.

Request and Quote
A request arriving with the part number, machine model and destination country is reviewed within roughly 24 hours. We present you with a quote covering the original or aftermarket option, price, logistics and delivery date.

Stock and Preparation
Once approved, the part is allocated from stock or sourced. It undergoes a technical check, then is packed and labelled for shipment.

Customs and Documentation
All export documents compliant with the destination country's regulations are prepared in a single file and the procedures are handled by us. There is no paperwork burden on the customer.

Shipping and Tracking
Depending on volume, urgency and infrastructure, road (truck), sea (container) or air freight is selected. The shipment is insured and can be tracked in real time.
7-14 days -
Local Representative Inspection
On arrival, our local representative inspects the shipment item by item together with the customer. If any damage or shortage is found, the process is paused and resolved.

The invoice is issued only after customer approval. Any damaged or missing item is replaced free of charge in the next shipment.
