OUR STORY
From machinery spare parts to a group structure
1995
Entering the Sector
Founded by İsmet Gültekin in Istanbul, the business began trading CAT-brand heavy-equipment spare parts. The foundations of corporate client relationships and supply discipline were laid in this period.
2002
Founding of Gültekinler Limited
Seven years of sector experience were transformed into a corporate structure. Gültekinler Ltd. formally entered the Turkish heavy-equipment spare-parts market.
2010+
Evolution into Gültekinler Group
To the core business of heavy equipment and spare parts were added hospitality, steel-door manufacturing, the chemical industry, automotive and wood coatings, and bonded warehousing (storage and customs-controlled facilities). Initially offering equipment overhaul services, the company gradually began providing equipment rental and overhaul services to contractors. The group evolved into a structure operating across six different sectors.

What does the gear in our logo mean?
The interlocking gears in our logo symbolise our supply chain, our logistics operations and the strong coordination within our international collaborations. They represent industrial production, technical precision and a trade network in constant motion. Black reflects strength and corporate identity, while yellow reflects energy and visibility.
